It was a AP AC Lite, meshed to a wired AC Pro. Throughput was around 25-30mbit. The reason for asking is: if the wireless uplinks are formed over 5Ghz, what would be the actual advantage.

So I should maybe rephrase my assertion: All modern Unifi APs that have an Ethernet port (i.e. not the Beacon) support both wired and wireless backhaul. The AC-Mesh does support a wired backhaul despite its name.

2023年4月18日 · Wireless uplink on Unifi APs only happens on the 5GHz band. So that is the limitation and why it does not really make sense to use the U6 Enterprise in this mode. As I stated, it will work and you will have full access to the 6GHz band for the client devices to use.
