2016年10月20日 · The DLC box showed it was installed, and starting the game and creating a new campaign showed wurrzag available. Goign to the DLC tab in the main menu was not helpful to see which dlc is installed. Thank you very much cyprinodon! It took me hours to figure it out when I downloaded it.

For base races of WH1 and WH2 (Empire, Greenskins, VCounts, Dwarves, High Elves, Dark Elves, Lizardmen, Skavens) each of the DLC LL for their respective factions comes with some of them.
