Choose the Disconnect option for Starbucks wifi (I also make sure I keep the "automatically connect" option deselected). Disconnect my VPN. Wait at least 15 seconds. Choose to connect to Starbucks wifi again. (If the wifi web page doesn't automatically open, then I know I need to shut down my browser and probably my computer.)

Strange thing- ever since this rollout, my laptop connects automatically as it always has because I have Google Starbucks checked to connect automatically in my list of WiFi connections available, but my Android device no longer gets internet access when it's connected to any Starbucks WiFi.

As recently as last year, at most stores, I could connect to the Starbucks wifi with my iPod to download podcasts, and I could typically continue downloading even while out in the parking lot.

2020年9月28日 · Does Starbucks routinely leave wi-fi on and open over night? The one in my neighborhood does and it seems to work for video calls. I swung by around 10:30 p.m. after close and noticed that the wi-fi was still on and available. Can I expect this at most Starbucks or does it likely vary from store to store.
