Square Enix account and Square Enix Online Store account not
2013年7月2日 · that is, my Square Enix account (the account used to access the beta forums) is not the same as the account used to access the online store through the official website. I initially tried using my SE account but it didn't work, and when i registered the online store account i used my SE user name and it said it was "available for use".

As a precautionary, I contacted Square Enix back in Dec 2023 to ask about my items. They confirmed they had everything and was waiting for Kairi to release in April.

2021年11月3日 · If it lists EU/Other, then you need to use the EU Store. At the bottom of the page is a Region selector, which you'll select Australia for the AUS/NZ store. The codes need to be manually registered to your Mog Station account, even if you've gone through the trouble of linking your store and FFXIV account.

I wish you could pre-purchase the expansions via the Mogstation, it is very 2010 that you can't purchase it through your current account and have to buy it through a web-store. I always have trouble with the Square Enix store. I get errors all the time. I had to have a friend purchase Endwalker for me and give me the code to get it.
