2020年9月22日 · Holy sh-t. Nothing on Microsoft is working. But yes, I have this same issue. My solution is to uninstall Snip & Sketch. The screen capture will then work to snip any area you want like how it used to work, but you no longer get the sketch option, and it only saves it to your clip board, so you will have to save to a paint file. Which is annoying.
