Sleep Number Bed? Tell me about your bed frame. | 2Peas Refugees
Jul 4, 2018 · I purchased a sleep number bed. The sales consultant told me it would fit any platform type bed frame as long as it is open in the center so the "box spring" can fit there. He just mentioned that Ikea beds are a bit different in measurement & some customers found their sleep number's don't fit. So....I'm looking for a king size bed frame.
Split mattress for king-size bed. Yay or nay? | 2Peas Refugees
May 29, 2021 · This year we upgraded to a split king sleep number with adjustable base and I HATED IT. Ended up sending it back and got an adjustable base for the full bed. The advantages of individually adjustable sides were outweighed by my need to sleep WITH my husband without a big gap in the mattress between us. And the gap was actually pretty small - lol

Jul 8, 2024 · If you buy a platform bed then you wouldn't buy a box spring, but your bed will be about a 1/4 firmer than if you had a box spring and metal frame. Now that I've told you about that, I highly recommend a sleep number bed. Yes, it's $$$$, but man will you sleep like a rock. I love mine. We have a split king and I have my own zip code at night.
Guest room mattress brand for heavier individual?
Aug 23, 2024 · My DH is a big guy (fluctuates between about 315-335) and we have had the same Sleep Number bed for 19 years! It has held up better than any traditional coil mattress we’ve ever had. We liked it so much we got one for our room at the lake cabin, got one for our guest room at home, and eventually got a second one for the guest room at the lake.

Aug 1, 2016 · DH and I had one we got from my sister when they bought their first Sleep Number bed. We had that thing for probably ten years or so until the heater went out on it, and like others mentioned it got cold and very uncomfortable FAST. We ditched it at that point and bought a Sleep Number bed too and have been sleeping on the same one ever since.

Jun 29, 2023 · We used to sleep in the same room, and sometimes we still do, but I think we found that we sleep better apart. I like to fall asleep with the TV and we both tend to move around a lot at night. We both snore. I used to think people who didn't share a bed would have a bad relationship, but I don't think it's true at all now.

Our bed is too tall for her to jump onto anymore, but sometimes she decides during the night that she wants to sleep up there and will meow at the bedside until I wake up and lift her up. It's time to get something that we can have at the end of the bed for her to get up and down at will.

Plus, honestly, looking at the drawings of these beds, they have acres more space than they need even with 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 pets. It's like even the cat & dog have to sleep in starfish position to fill this bed.
