Solved: Section cut symbol placement - Autodesk Community
2017年7月13日 · The section F was cut in a plan view and had to be placed there to avoid dimensions and other things. But in this section / detail, I'd like to move the symbol to the left. If I do that, the symbol on the plan view moves into an undesirable location. I guess a wish list item for me would be the ability to disassociate the cut depth from the symbol.

2022年5月27日 · hi everyone! I'm currently developing a dynamic CAD block of an architectural section cut symbol. I saved my progress by creating two versions of it: the first one is able to stretch, rotate, and flip properly. But what I needed was for the text attributes within the section bubbles to remain constantly horizontal.
How do i add cut line symbol in plan and section views?
2018年1月4日 · The break line symbol comes under the Detail items category. Please go to visibility setting, select the model category and you have to check the detail items box then click ok, so that you can see the break-line symbol in the view.

I'd also like to add the sheet number that the section is cut from to the section view label. As far as I can tell, this propertie is not available for insertion in the view lable.

2022年1月21日 · To my knowledge, all four section views on the page have the same settings. I have even checked the far clip offset to see if the view would be beyond the offset but that all seems grand. All the issues online point towards the "hide at scales coarser than" but this isnt my issue (i think).
