What is the best saints row game : r/SaintsRow - Reddit
While Saints Row IV is the one that I find myself revisiting the most due to how insanely fun it is, I would have to say that Saints Row 2 is the best one in terms of game design, mechanics, content, and writing (had a much stronger balance between humor and serious/dramatic elements than SRTT and SR4).

The older Saints Row games were janky, the characters could be dumb or annoying, the writing was hit or miss, etc. The biggest critique of the new one is that it feels almost exactly like a game that came out 10 years ago, good and bad.

It felt more like a gta than a saints row as it was a parody on an already parodying game. It made the action and hijinx feel that much better due to the smaller scale. I do remember there was a part at the airport where you had a rocket launcher and that part took me several days of grinding to get it completed.

2021年9月4日 · Like, it WAS Saints' Turf in the beginning, but like Saints Row 2, you lose it all and you gotta win it all back. I hope that's the case. So far it's got the bat-shit craziness of Saints Row 3 onwards, but it can't all be just shock and awe, like every other Saints Row game, there's gotta be a degree of goofiness to it.
