Both owners are talking through lawyers so I want to be sure and support with code. State of Michigan. I would appreciate any assistance as the install directions only mention distance from house and combustibles.

2009年10月19日 · Not a plumber or plumbing inspector. we had a house fire where it looks like they teed the line to feed a fire place. the used a connection and ran from the steel pipe to a furnace. they teed in that run for the supply to the fireplace. they used compression fittings, and unforuantly all this stuff was near a 30 year old heater burner!!!!

2024年4月10日 · Mechanical room has an oil fired furnace, propane water heater, washer/dryer The architect called me out on the 5/8" firecode sheetrock. I always request that in a mech room. But, for the life of me I cant find it in the 2020 code. Did I just make this code up for years? Any help or direction would be appreciated.
