2016年9月10日 · Interested to know if anyone using the Ping Eye-2 Lob Wedge? Either original or the new edition "XG" which is identical to original except features conforming grooves. I used the original Eye-2 Lob wedge all through teenage years (many many years ago) with much success and have had trouble finding anything that feels as good or as reliable.

2017年8月22日 · I have Ping G irons 7-LW. You can play all the required shots with them. I had tried the matching set wedge set with G10 irons but the soles were to big to play bunker shots with. The G's have a slimmer more playable sole. I say go set wedges, much easier to play than speciality wedges.

2008年3月13日 · I've played an Eye 2 sand and lob wedge on and off for years, and I've had to heavily grind down my Eye 2 L wedge to get it to play how I wanted it to play - with virtually no bounce. An Eye 2+ L wedge, even after being bent 2 degrees weaker plays with much less bounce and can be opened up easily, without the need for any grinding IME.

2020年1月4日 · The Eye2 was the first Ping Lob Wedge. The Eye only went to the 57.5 degree Sand Wedge. I have a Ping newsletter from March of 1985 where they introduced the Eye2 L Wedge. The L stood for "Lots of Loft." It was a 61 degree wedge.
