Apr 5, 2018 · I plan to buy some B-12 and give it a try. Most of the time I do not have anxiety to any great extent, but when I do, it really does a number on me. Was recently taken to ER because BP was over 200 and head felt as if it would explode, plus being nauseated. I feel as if I cannot function at all. They kept me overnight and actually did a CT scan.

Would I like to be able to stop all medications, yes, but realize I need them. I look at antidepressions like any other medication I take for a medical condition. I take blood pressure meds and would not consider stopping them. I need to control my blood pressure. Just like I need antidepression medications to control my depression and anxiety.
