@littleonefmohio Hello, like parus and Volunteer Mentor Teresa, I have not heard of OTC anxiety treatment. The only thing I was ever given for anxiety that is an OTC is Benadryl. It calmed me, but I got sleepy I too suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. When I get a panic attack, I now practice what I describe as mindful breathing.

2018年4月5日 · I plan to buy some B-12 and give it a try. Most of the time I do not have anxiety to any great extent, but when I do, it really does a number on me. Was recently taken to ER because BP was over 200 and head felt as if it would explode, plus being nauseated. I feel as if I cannot function at all. They kept me overnight and actually did a CT scan.

A family member is taking both (8mg of ramelteon and 10mg of melatonin, along with .5 Ativan (and trying to taper off) as well as an over the counter valerian spray. She used to just take some melatonin for a number of years, but I think not 10mg.
