2020年11月17日 · If you have a pressure cooker you can make some really good "cheater" ramen by pressure cooking the meats instead of doing 12-24hr cooking like "real" ramen does. Though it is tasty enough and would probably be a better intro to cooking ramen for a first time than going whole hog the first time out.

I use self made stock, cook an egg with the ramen, veg etc, and I add sesame oil, low-sodium soy sauce, hot sauce, and assorted spices (onion and garlic powder, powdered ginger and turmeric, etc) to the bowl, then pour the rest on top and stir.
