2020年9月18日 · Drop your own logo and splash screen into your projects and never see it again... Problem solved. The Logo is really good.. It's other engines that have bad logos. Logo needs some more axial assymetry - so when you use icon.png as placeholder you could see proper texture aligment of X-axis.

2022年9月7日 · Someone trying to bring Godot into their workplace might encounter resistance in part because of the logo. It will also make people hesitate to display it because it doesn't "fit in" with the rest. It's also why companies provide multiple variations of their logo and it's something I think Godot should get onboard with.

In case it's not obvious - I'm joking. The current logo is fine, IMO. And it should spin, and it really needs some pink and yellow.

2019年9月17日 · Godot's current logo has emotions. Unfortunately expressing emotions is deemed as a weakness nowadays which explains the need to "look like everyone else". That's one of the reasons why I've chosen Godot, because you don't need to pretend (but mostly because it's open-source). 🙂

2021年3月5日 · I made it pretty similar to the actual logo, keeping the color and the overall feeling that I like, but trying to make it more elegant, minimalistic and modern. I like that it works well even at very small sizes so it works well as an icon for the toolbar too, it's very scalable.

We should create more fun variants of the Godot logo! It looks like a robot vampire. I think the existing logo is fine as-is. I agree with you.
