The victim in that video was believed to be "El Ghost Rider" one of the Carteles Unidos leaders believed to have done the same thing to its victims. He was caught after a three day confrontation between his group and CJNG and would be taken to a ranch outside of Tepalcatepec.

Ghost Master is a strategy game where you control a team of ghosts to inflict hauntings upon mortals and scare the bajeesus out of them.

After 45 years or so of doing this, I am less convinced that ghosts exist. I know that hoaxers exist in abundance and that most people that post ghost photos or videos don't have a clue how cameras work.
