2008年10月11日 · Believe it or not in NJ that how my dune buggy was first registered (1967) it was listed as “1967 Ocelot VW†. I was one of the first in the state to get one registered. Then, as the story goes some kids buggy came apart on the road where it was welded together and the state started the reconstructed and welding inspection program.

2007年10月11日 · Anyone interested in a fiberglass T-Bucket style dune Buggy, it’s the style with the chrome front grill. The car’s going to need some work mostly due to age, and the eliments etc. The fiberglass is good but the gel coat is ruff in some area’s and the paint has lost it’s luster.
HOPE FOR THOSE BUILDING A DUNE BUGGY OR REPLICA IN OUR …
2008年7月3日 · don't worry, NJ will figure out a way to screw it up! as I read it now where does a Bradley fit in ? and if this were to pass can my "salvage" or R title be changed, thats been a "black mark" against the car since day 1.

2008年5月18日 · For those who don't know I work at American Collectors Insurance. Even one of the supervisors said, "It's a shame because I've seen some beautiful dune buggies." My guess is if enough people ask about insurance they may reconsider this policy so if you know any national buggy clubs you should get them to call often. The 800 number is 1-800-360 ...
Evil-Tunes 6volt to 12volt Conversion Adventure
2011年6月4日 · I bought an all Steel Dune Buggy back in 2009 It was running a 1959 36hp engine and a split case transaxle. I bought a 6volt Battery and had no problems with the system except for burning out a few Brazilin voltage regulators. The windshield wipers were very slow and hit the hood when it was up. I took them out as it is a fair weather car anyway.

2013年1月1日 · We mainly supported all the local drag racer--the the dune buggy craze hit. Our shop loaded up with vw valve jobs and motor rebuilds. They trained me to handle all the vw work in our shop.
