2007年6月10日 · Once you've got past, I think it's 7 days, you are no longer going to get chemical bonding with the epoxy. That's just physics. You have to properly clean and sand the epoxy (no fun...) to get a "tooth" for the paint to grip on to. As long as that's done you should get a good finish package. Is it as strong as bonding to the epoxy when it's fresh?

Used Proform and a southern primer in the past and thought I would try this one. Proform smells like dead fish, LOL. First impression.....shot it from my FLG5 (my dedicated primer gun). 2006年11月17日 · If you want to let the epoxy sit, pour it into a small container that you can cover. Then pour a little thinner in the gun, run some thru, and let it sit that way. The epoxy will be a bear to clean out, if it starts to sit up in the nozzle. You will find yourself wanting to dig it out, and ruin the nozzle. They can get expensive! Aaron
