The OP didn’t state what model it was though. That was while using it in real cold and it freezing up. Had nothing to do with storing it.

Press the power button and the option to turn the unit to sleep is the bottom option. You can press the up button to go the last option (sleep mode). 2023年5月7日 · Whether the gear position was changed or if the shift shaft moved slightly causing the splines to be misaligned it will not engage. Same thing goes for the drive shaft. If it was turned at all during the impeller replacement it will need to be spun while installing the gearcase to get the splines aligned with the powerhead again.
