To obtain optimum therapeutic results with minimum adverse effects, the dosage of cisplatin must be based on the clinical, renal and haematologic status of the patient. 50-100 mg/m2 as a single IV infusion every 3-4 weeks over 6-8 hours; or slow IV infusion of 15-20 mg/m2/day for 5 days, every 3-4 weeks.
