It is a shag tobacco that comes in a pouch. I pay about 8.50 $ per pouch the same size as a pouch of pipe tobacco and I get about 60 cigarettes out of a pouch. I prefer the halvesware tobacco taste.

I put around 3 oz. of ribbon cut per bag and 4 oz of flake or cake. That is a good size for me, so I don't have to open a bigger jar/bag and shut down the aging process.

Taxes maybe, the stigma of cigarettes vs pipe smoking. Who knows. But if you look at some of this stuff, the last thing you think of is "pipe tobacco".
