After importing the program checks whether the file exists. (That I can do ) Step 2: I ask the user to give the name of the document sheet xls to analyze.

It creates a new sheet and renames it and moves on. Obviously it doesn't rename the sheet in the other case since there's already another sheet "test" with the same name.
