Yeah the throwing boxes thing is Dog poopy. And Cait Sith moves slow AF. FF7 reall ylike to make us walk stupid slow a TON in this game. In Fights Cait Sith is my favorite. Yeah that part definitely was a drag. Some of the gameplay elements in Rebirth are just needlessly slow for no good reason and feel bad because of that. Cait Sith and the boxes, climbing, ladders, turning valves, sneaking, the mako purifiers etc. The most baffling thing is that a lot of these you can actually speed up by holding R2.

Cait Sith is comparable to Mr. Game & Watch rolling a 9 on Judgement 90% of the time. For Shinra Mansion, Adjudicators are pretty simple, cast Stop once they are pressured then gangbang 'em with your Moogle until it is Staggered. Moogle Magic + Chocobo turns Cait Sith into four characters; a literal one-cat army.

Sonic Meow is 5 ATB; it would be just okay even at 4. Everything else is trash. Way less excited for Cait Sith than I was for Yuffie. I honestly don't know what to do with him.

In addition to what the other commenter said, weirdly the attacks on the moogle are different depending on whether you are holding a direction. Holding a direction does the ranged music note attacks from cait sith. Simply pressing square on its own does moogle attacks that build the quality of his triangle attacks.

2023年9月17日 · Cait Sith in disc 2 is actually really well written. He's the only one who calls Barret out on the fact that innocent people died in their bombings. Reeve obviously knows Shinra's not great - and he struggles with that - but seems to come from the mindset that he can make a positive difference by working through Shinra rather than against them.
