2020年7月13日 · Need to be able to do a hard reset to set the VMB3000 up for their new netgear account. Did the 10 second reset button hold and rebooted everything. The app still won't see the camera base station to initialize the setup. Going to have them try a different mobile device and make sure the VMB3000 is on the same wireless network.
