It's called a stripe nozzle - the end of the tube is not sealed. There is a nozzle with separate chambers extending through the axis of the nozzle and the individual products get put into those chambers by pumps. Tube goes under nozzle, nozzle stem opens and products are forced into tube by piston pressure (and a directional valve).
