2022年7月19日 · I'm having an issue where I cannot buy any items for my Xbox original avatar in the shop. When I go to preview the item and click, for example; "Purchase $4.99" nothing happens, and no other option is shown. I've tried restarting the app but to no avail. For clarification I am on a completely updated Series X console.

2024年11月12日 · I bought the Sea of Thieves XBOX One Controller and redeemed the code for the Ferryman Clothing Set, my account history lists the code as redeemed. I also redeemed a trial code for XBOX Live Gold, because it says that the Ferryman Clothing Set requires a XBOX Live Gold membership. But I cannot find the Ferryman Clothing Set in the game.

2014年6月12日 · Hey I had this issue too and this is what I did to fix the issue. I deleted all my avatar items and then went to my download history on the Xbox website. From there I queued every avatar item I had purchased to download for when I signed in on my console later.
