Rep for the company came and ended up sending their crew and got it to stop. Within a month, it started leaking again.

Absolutely STAY AWAY from Masonite doors! Ours failed during Hurricane Irma and Masonite told us that it had NO warranty because it was sold to Home Depot by a third party vendor. Home Depot sold it knowing it would have no warranty.
