2000年3月12日 · While there isn't usually much in the way of effective OTC sleep meds. I do find some use from 'Restavit' which contain the anti-histamine Doxylamine I believe. Due to having a large and frustrating tolerance to benzodiazapines I can have 10 Rohypnol and not tire but can have or add two or three Restavits into the mix and be out like a light.

Maybe discuss antidepressants with your doctor as they can help with anxiety too. I've tried Prozac, celexa, Wellbutrin, lexaoro so there you go.
