2018年2月19日 — I just bought a Microsoft 'Designer Mouse', which I'd like to use with my Windows 10 Professional laptop. Initially it paired with my PC straight away, but after about an hour it abruptly stopped working. It was still listed as a Bluetooth device, but Windows said Bluetooth was not running, which was bizarre.
