I'm running Windows 11 Home (22H2, 22621.2428, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22674.1000.0) With an Alienware m15 laptop, I can't see the microphone icon at all in the system tray and it also doesn't show in settings. I'd really appreciate some help.

2022年4月7日 — It only appeared after I purchased a logitech keyboard and mouse and installed the app that lets you manage their accessories. It was indicating that my mic was muted because in my testing the new keyboard I had pressed fn and f6 which is the keyboard shortcut for muting mic. Once I pressed it again the mic was unmuted and the icon disappeared.

If I turn off "microphone" in the notification area settings - nothing changes. If I click on the red microphone icon, my mouse is actually clicking on what ever is immediately behind it (eg close browser window).
