2007年1月25日 · I have a Harbor Freight folding trailer that i use to tow the bikes and such with the car. It has the 12" wheels. There are grease zerks for the bearings on the back part of the bearing housings (between the wheels), it doesn't appear that there is a weep hole to tell me when it's full of grease.

But I might need the 1195 lb. capacity with 48"x96" dimensions to carry two bikes. Im going to keep researching and see if its possible to put two bikes on the smaller 40"x48" HF trailer.

The bolts are run in from the underside of the trailer (the t nuts are mounted into the wood so you can access everything from one side with a ratchet). 2023年7月27日 · Where I live the cutoff for brakes is 3,000 lbs trailer+cargo weight. Harbor freight doesn't make a trailer like that so it's not an issue. I can get a couple M rated tires, with wheels, for about $130 and I need to buy a spare anyhow so I'm weighing my cost and time options - I'll probably just order the new wheels with tires.

I now leave the trailer outside with a water treated ½ ply and just cover with a tarp as it's used even less. It's going to last the rest of my life.

All I know is that I had a harbor freight frame fail mid cross country trip. The axle bent in Arkansas on a very hot day and it was most definitely not overloaded. Had to unload the trailer, store it and install an axle worth a crap on return trip. It made for a very screwed up trip. Had to have a custom built axle ready on return.
