2022年6月26日 · I can't find Windows Disc Image Burner on either of my Window 10 machines or Windows 11 machine. Do I need to pick something in add/remove windows features or something? It's not just missing from the context menu. It doesn't show up if I try to look for it in apps and features either.

You may find second hand CD burners which will suffice for your needs (forcing the slower write). Try different brands of CD, not just a different disc from the same spindle/pack.

I was attempting to rip some of my audio CDs with EAC (Exact Audio Copy), but Windows 10 would continually claim there was no CD in the drive even after EAC had detected the disk and looked up the song names. Killing the autoplay feature prevents explorer from opening and ejecting the drive. –

2019年5月17日 · CD/DVD disk drive does not show up on file explorer. If I put in a SW disk it shows up and I can read it but if i put in a blank disk it does not show up and D: is not shown on the drive list.
