2018年4月5日 · Was recently taken to ER because BP was over 200 and head felt as if it would explode, plus being nauseated. I feel as if I cannot function at all. They kept me overnight and actually did a CT scan. Feel so foolish when it is over. I do take something for mild anxiety.

Hello- My middle name should be anxiety!! I use to take St John's Wort and a doctor told me to get off it as it was dangerous. I haven't tried any other over the counter remedies for anxiety. Medicines can be very pricey but since our health is priceless I wouldn't chance taken anything not sanctioned by your doctor.

When I do use it, things calm down right away which helps my anxiety level. I have written on other threads about additional techniques I have used for reducing my panic attacks using breathing. I had a huge reduction in panic and anxiety attacks after I began taking Citalopram about 6 years ago.

A family member is taking both (8mg of ramelteon and 10mg of melatonin, along with .5 Ativan (and trying to taper off) as well as an over the counter valerian spray. She used to just take some melatonin for a number of years, but I think not 10mg.

2022年4月26日 · I make sure I take it right before bed so I have no problems with doing things and not remembering, falling, etc. I have no drowsiness the next day with Ambien, whereas over-the-counter sleep stuff makes me feel terrible the next day. My sleep issues seem to be a generalized anxiety/active mind for which I take Celexa.
