2024年2月7日 · My Microsoft bluetooth mouse suddenly stopped working on Windows 11. I assumed it was the battery but I've changed it three times. When I disconnect and reconnect using add device, the mouse displays on the bluetooth list, connects momentarily, and then disconnects after a couple of seconds.

2023年11月12日 · I removed the mouse from the bluetooth devices and paired it again: when I pair the mouse, on the PC it shows that the mouse is connected but the mouse keeps blinking as if it is stuck on pairing mode. Only if I turn off the mouse and turn it back on it stops the pairing mode, shows as if it is connected to the PC but doesn't work.
