2013年9月16日 · I'm reloading with a MEC 600 jr. press with a 1 1/8 oz bar. I'm using a W209 primer, WAA12 wad, Nitro hull and Universal powder. The Hodgdon website says to load 21.5 grains/1200 fps or 23 grains/1255 fps, and the MEC powder bushing chart says to use #28 bushing for 21.6 grains and #30 for 23.3 grains.

2023年10月14日 · Not just Mec bushings! I’ve loaded rifle and pistol for years (decades). Shotgun, I reloaded for back on the 80, stoped and recently just got back into it. In all my time reloading I have never found any powder measure that uses anything that resembles a bushing, little dandy, autodisk, autodrum, Mec, Load all, etc. drop what it’s supposed to.

2011年2月2日 · I use the BPI VP53 wads also with 19.5 gr of green dot. fills the hull, great crimps. I had a problem with my MEC pulling the wad up also, changed out the shot drop tube for a 20 ga tube and problem solved. The VP53 has a ridge inside that is a tight fit for a 12 ga tube.

It appears you have a lot of different hulls and a bunch of Remington components and it's not at all clear what it is you want to load for, other than maybe some buck shot. Instead of being so general in what you want to load, you should spell it out for us. Just what are your objectives in reloading?

2023年10月29日 · As a reminder, Mec offered a "T" marked red bar meant to take Texan bushings in 302 and 502 types. About .812" powder side hole and .875"(7/8") shot side holes. Could use Texan or Lyman Easy loader bushings. This was between Mec's fixed bar time and the Mec bushing bar we have now.
