IPF在中医学中属于“肺痹”“肺痿”等范畴，其病机以“虚”和“瘀”为主[5-6]。中医药治疗IPF临床效果显著。网状Meta分析提示，中西医联合治疗IPF在提高临床有效率与改善肺功能方面优于常规的西医治疗[7-8]，其中推荐补阳还五汤或血府逐瘀汤联合西医常规治疗[7]。因此，将现代研究技术与中医药相结合，挖掘靶向IPF特征基因的中药及活性成分，具有较大的临床意义及较好的研究前景。
