Artist Jade Rivera traveled from Lima, Peru to create the mural at the QUILLA by Sabor Peruano restaurant in Rahway.

Rivera incorporated flora and fauna native to the Andes, such as Peruvian lilies and the iconic Andean flamingo (parihuana).
