Tilly and Tom go for a ride on a steam train and Tiny drives the engine. Back at their house the Tots play trains and have a train crash in the garden.

The Tots help a window cleaner to clean some dirty windows. A child's drawing of a vase of flowers is animated. Back at the house, Tilly makes a magic secret out of coloured paper for Tom and Tiny.
