NASCAR went before a federal judge Wednesday and asked for the antitrust suit filed against the stock car series to be dismissed.

The ongoing legal battle between Michael Jordan's 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports versus NASCAR took a key turn over the past week when U.S. District Judge Kenneth D. Bell ruled the teams can race with charter rights in the 2025 season while pursuing their legal claims against the sanctioning body.
