Use GlassWire Pro to See Who Is Connected (And Get Alerts ... (also known as "computer names" or "device names") on your computer or device's operating systems. The host name will be visible here.

Now click on the connected device name. It will enlarge the list of available connected devices. Now to switch between devices, you just need to click on any of the device names from the list.
