Step 5: Form the cake balls: Once the cake mixture is firm, use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the cake, rolling each portion between your hands to form balls.

3. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Coat some in desiccated coconut and others in chopped walnuts. Store in the fridge until needed.
