Army veteran Kevin Molick and his wife dabbled with the idea of building handcrafted teardrop trailers in 2015 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Timberleaf was born, and it was all teardrops after that.
More than 130 trailers from more than 30 states are represented at the show that runs through Sunday. Perhaps the popularity comes from the price. A teardrop can cost as little as $2,000 to build.
