If someone made reservations at the Boardwalk Hotel but is unable to gain access to the hotel due to a broken elevator and the one who made the reservation is disabled or has a medical condition that makes using the stairs impossible, can they get a refund? The Boardwalk Management will not listen and does not care and it looks like there is nobody working to fix the elevator that is down?

We got there at sunset, maybe 6:30. The roller coaster was still going We dined at the Saw Grass Steakhouse and the roller coaster still had passengers. We walked the boardwalk most stores and shops were closed. We left around 8:30 or 9:00 and the train rain pass us and the people were departing. I hope that helps
