We do pick up from hotel Aspen if you book a reservation. Otherwise public tours are available from the corner of Cooper and Galena. During the peak of summer we try to wait until the intense heat of the day has passed, for the sake of the horses, so don't usually hit the mall until about 4:00. We will be out earlier if it is cooler.
