I looked and searched and the easiest yet cheap way to get there is: 1- take a high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway (in this railway this train is waaay more frequent than from the main railway station) to Hangzhou East Railway (called HangzhouDong) ,cost : around : 60RMB 2nd class, duration: 1h 2- take the metro line 1 to wulin square (3RMB) 3- When arrive take the Exit E 4- Then take the bus 535 for 3RMB to Tian Dou Cheng from the bus station just next to the exit E
