Sorry for the late answer, it was near Pie IX station, but it was mentioned in the beginning of my review.
I don't recall seeing dogs or cats in the park. Please look on the website for confirmation on that. On the safe side, if you can, keep your pet at home.
If you visit garden in day and get the first tickets to lights at night, what can you do in the hour the garden is closed? Are there any restaurants very nearby that you could eat a quick meal in between?
