I would say personally it’s not ideal for wheelchair users. Some parts would be ok, however a lot of it is uneven. It’s a beautiful place and I’d highly recommend it though.
I havn't been there myself at this time of year. The Spring flowers will all have finished. Beginning of June should see start of the Summer flowers and roses. Do hope you can go …
