How much you will be able to see depends on the amount of rain, but it is indoors, and a narrated tour. tickets are available right at the riverfront and there are a number of really good restaurants along this area also. You could do lunch and or dinner along with the Riverboat tour. Parking is also available here.

I would think they would be as it’s holiday time. Best bet is to call the hotel concierge or the Chamber of Commerce and they can def help you out for sure if what would be available there.
