Is it worth stopping here on our way to Swakopmund just to see the mountains and take some pics? We wouldn't have any time to hike or anything like that, plus I red you need a guide to hike. But is it still a good place for a short stop or not worth a short stop? Thank you!

Can you drive an high clearance 2 WD to Spitzkoppe? We are only hiring a 2WD, as we will not be going on dirt tracks, but have an interest in stopping by (not camping). Thanks Craig

We've been there with our dog today. There were no signs and nothing in the Park Rules stating that dogs were not permitted, so we took our dog with us for a day hike and it was just fine. We even met another smaller dog in the Restaurant and nobody complained.
