PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: An extended continental breakfast is provided but guests must communicate menu choices 48 hours prior to arrival. All wagons have 1 queen bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig compatible coffee maker, small refrigerator/ freezer, wet bath, electric fireplace, & heating/air conditioning. SELF CHECK-IN is available from 4-9:00 pm. Thereafter the facilities are locked down for the evening so as not to inconvenience other guests, the neighbors or the household. Two night booking minimum over most public holidays and during the Braun Brothers Reunion in August. If you are unsure, please contact the host before booking. Please note that the speed limit is 20 mph on Old Stage Rd (after you leave the highway) and 10 mph on the dirt road leading to our B&B. PETS: Although we love our furry friends, due to the nature of our accommodations, pets are not allowed.
