*Reservations are Required* to visit this scenic, off-grid, authentic racing kennel! Interact with our 50 Iditarod sled dogs at our homestead 15 miles northwest of Fairbanks. Learn how to harness and hook up a sled dogs, then go mushing! Tour groups are small or private. Tours are educational, personalized, hands-on, and provide genuine insight to the world of long distance dog mushing. In the summer, the dogs pull a wheeled vehicle, equipped with an engine to help them up hills and over tough terrain. This vehicle seats 5-6 people. In winter, each team of dogs pulls two sleds! The "main sled" is driven by the guide, and has a single, comfortable seat for one passenger. The second sled is towed behind the main sled, and is driven by you!
